Combat Jiu Jitsu
WHAT IS COMBAT JIU JITSU?
Combat Jiu-Jitsu(CJJ) is a hybrid version of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that was developed by Eddie Bravo to add an exciting dimension to regular Jiu-Jitsu matches, similar to Mixed Martial Arts(MMA). CJJ incorporates Jiu-Jitsu techniques with open palm strikes, which makes for incredibly intense matches!
